These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. The parties submit, at their discretion, to the jurisdiction of the courts in the user’s place of residence, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Additionally, as an entity subject to the POLITICAL CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA and its DATA PROTECTION LAW, in case of disputes, the user may bring the matter before the competent courts within the Republic of Panama.
